About the Role

CK Funded is seeking a talented and self-driven Videographer/Video Editor to bring our vision to life through impactful video content. From high-converting ads to emotional storytelling and dynamic trading visuals your work will speak directly to the next generation of traders across Africa and the UAE.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes video, understands the forex or prop trading audience, and has a proven ability to create visually compelling, story-rich content.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, ads, campaigns, and website

  • Create engaging motion graphics, promo trailers, trading highlights, and educational reels

  • Capture raw footage and edit into short-form (Reels/Instagram) and long-form (YouTube/IGTV) formats

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and social teams to deliver content that converts

  • Edit testimonials, webinars, virtual interviews, and trading challenges

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines

  • Stay ahead of editing trends, platform formats, and viral content styles

  • Manage your own projects from pre-production to final export

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Film Production, Media, Communication, or related field

  • Strong command of video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent

  • Familiar with basic color grading, sound design, and motion graphics

  • Deep understanding of content formats for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Language: Fluent in English; Arabic, Swahili, or French is a plus

Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a videographer and editor

  • Experience producing content for trading platforms, fintech brands, or financial education is a major advantage

  • Portfolio showcasing strong camera work, edits, and storytelling in the finance or digital marketing world

  • Experience working in fast-paced content environments with short deadlines

  • Ability to film on-site or remotely with your own equipment (preferred but not required)
