About the Role
CK Funded is looking to hire a driven and business-savvy Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Mexico to lead our expansion in Latin America. The ideal candidate has a strong academic background, international-level expertise, and deep experience in the trading or prop firm space.
You'll be responsible for building strategic partnerships, acquiring high-quality clients, and representing CK Funded in the rapidly growing trading ecosystem across Mexico and neighbouring markets.
What You Will Do

Lead business development efforts in Mexico, focusing on trader acquisition, affiliate onboarding, and strategic partnerships

Identify and close B2B and B2C opportunities with trading academies, communities, and key opinion leaders

Promote CK Funded products through webinars, events, and localized digital outreach

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing, onboarding, and retention strategies

Report on pipeline progress, conversion metrics, and regional growth trends

Localize CK Funded's message and offerings to resonate with the Mexican market

Serve as the face of CK Funded in Latin America, building long-term brand credibility and value

Stay up-to-date with local and global trading trends to help shape strategic direction
Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline (internationally recognized degrees preferred)

Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication required)

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficient in CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools

Additional certifications in financial markets, trading, or digital growth are a plus

Must demonstrate leadership, self-discipline, and commercial insight
Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships

Direct experience in a trading platform, prop firm, forex brokerage, or fintech company is required

Proven ability to drive revenue, close deals, and build B2B/B2C networks in the financial space

Familiarity with funding models, trader behaviour, and digital onboarding processes

Experience working across multicultural or remote teams is an advantage
