About the Role

CK Funded is seeking an exceptional, performance-driven Education Partner with a strong academic foundation, real trading results, and proven teaching experience to join our global talent network. This is a part-time remote position for someone with elite trading expertise, capable of delivering advanced, structured education to funded and aspiring traders from diverse regions.

You'll be responsible for designing and delivering daily education sessions, answering trading-related queries, analyzing market conditions, and helping CK Funded traders improve their technical and psychological edge.

We're not looking for influencers or self-proclaimed gurus. Were looking for a world-class educator and professional trader.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 2-hour daily education sessions (live webinars or pre-recorded) covering market analysis, strategy, risk management, and psychology

• Provide mentorship and structured learning pathways for traders in different challenge stages and funded accounts

• Create, update, and manage trading education materials (videos, slides, handouts) tailored to real market conditions

• Analyze live markets (Forex, indices, gold, crypto) and share professional insights and case studies

• Conduct Q&A sessions and provide structured feedback to traders in group or 1:1 formats

• Ensure alignment between CK Funded trading rules and your educational content

• Contribute to trader performance growth through measurable learning outcomes

• Coordinate with the CK Funded management team to support funded trader retention and development

 Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Minimum 5 years of active trading experience in Forex, indices, commodities, or crypto must be full-time or professionally funded

• Proven live trading performance with auditable trading records, track record from a prop firm, or myfxbook/trading journal verification

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Quantitative Analysis (Internationally recognized institutions preferred)

• Experience as an instructor or coach at a trading academy, prop firm, or regulated financial entity

• Deep understanding of risk/reward ratios, account management, drawdown recovery, and trader psychology

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus

• Proficiency with trading platforms (MT4/MT5, TradingView, cTrader) and education tools (Zoom, Loom, Notion, etc.)

• Ability to structure and deliver institutional-grade educational material with a strong emphasis on discipline and accountability

• Familiar with CK Funded business model or similar prop firms is a strong plus

Preferred Attributes

• Certified financial trainer or mentor (e.g., CMT, CFA Level I/II, or equivalent)

• Ability to deliver educational content across multiple time zones

• Familiar with proprietary firm metrics, funded account challenges, and performance benchmarks

• Passion for empowering traders through structured knowledge and real-time guidance

• Open to long-term collaboration, potential full-time upgrade, or leadership in education strategy
