Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited school/college of nursing OR master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
- Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
- Minimum of two (3) years of NP experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of the team, you will:
- Monitor patients and order tests and procedures in the outpatient setting.
- Manage a wide range of health problems through your clinical expertise.
- Ensure positive health outcomes for your assigned patient population.
- Perform thorough health assessments and physical examinations.
- Provide direct clinical care, including prescription and ordering of medications and therapies.
- Evaluate patients' need for further healthcare and coordinate referrals when necessary.
- Document care and education provided in medical records.
- Integrate research-based knowledge into your decision-making.
- Advocate for patients, their families, coworkers, and the community.
- Maintain your licensure and certifications through ongoing continuing education.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate actively in quality improvement and research initiatives.
- Implement comprehensive teaching strategies for patients and their families.
- Develop and contribute to continuing education programs for staff.

Salary: 110,000

Salary: Starting from $110,000.00 - 140,000 per year with bonus potential
