Clapsa Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Clapsa Referral Program! We believe great talent knows great talent, and we want to reward you for connecting skilled professionals with opportunities that help them thrive. By participating in our referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have a valid bank account for receiving payouts.
• You do not need to be an employee of Clapsa to participate.
• Employers, hiring managers, or decision-makers involved in the hiring process for a referred candidate are not eligible to claim a referral reward.

2. How the Referral Program Works

• Refer a qualified candidate to Clapsa by submitting their details via the careers page.
• The referred candidate must successfully secure a job through Clapsa and remain employed for at least 90 business days from the start date.
• Upon meeting the 90-business-day requirement, you will be eligible for a referral reward of a fixed amount as determined by Clapsa.
• Referral rewards will be processed within 30 business days after the 90-business-day period is completed.

3. Referral Rules & Guidelines

• The referred candidate must not already be in Clapsa’s database or have previously applied for a role through Clapsa in the last 6 months.
• A candidate can only be referred once—the first person to submit their referral will be eligible for the reward.
• Self-referrals (referring yourself) are not eligible for rewards.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete onboarding and remain actively employed for the full 90-business-day period.
• If the referred candidate leaves the job before completing the required period, the referrer will not be eligible for the reward.

4. Payment & Tax Implications

• Referral payments will be made via bank transfer.
• You are responsible for any taxes or obligations related to receiving referral payments as per your local tax laws.
• Clapsa reserves the right to modify the reward structure at any time.

5. Program Limitations & Modifications

• Clapsa reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify this referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Any suspected fraudulent referrals, misuse of the program, or violation of these terms will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
• The final decision on referral payouts and program disputes rests with Clapsa.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• By participating in this program, you consent to Clapsa collecting, processing, and storing your referral details in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
• Clapsa will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
