Position Title: Virtual Assistant - Amazon FBA

            Classification: Assistant

Salary Grade: 35,000 to 55,000

Reports To: Account Manager

Primary Relationships: Account Manager, Client

Position Details:


  • Title:  Virtual Assistant - Amazon FBA (Please note: This job requires previous Amazon FBA experience.)

  • Roles:

  • Fulfilling FBA/FBM orders
  • Listing new products
  • Updating inventory
  • Tracking information management
  • Optimizing content listings
  • Providing answers to customer questions
  • Replying on Amazon reviews
  • Dealing with customer feedback
  • Writing/Emailing marketing messages

Scope and Purpose: 


As a Virtual Assistant - Amazon FBA, you will be required to operate in a number of different capacities. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, be extremely fast at solving problems, excellent in task management, time management, tactical leadership, and overall accountability. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance

  • Displaying professional communication via phone, text, and email

  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Organizing and scheduling meetings an appointments

  • Researching and creating presentations

  • Task & Project Management 

  • Social Media Management

  • Management of LinkedIn 


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor Degree holder of Business Administration, Finance or Equivalent

  • Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product 

  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking) 

  • Good time management and task management skills 

  • Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills 

  • Ability to work independently and meticulously 

  • Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite

  • Able to demonstrate Initiative


Experience:


  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as an Virtual Assistant

  • Amazon FBA required


Working Conditions:


  • The work schedule is 4 PM until 1 AM Philippine time

  • Walking, standing, reaching, pulling, speaking, hearing, etc. abilities are required to operate within the environment

  • Duties are performed within an open office environment using office computer equipment

  • Involves regularly sitting in front of and utilizing a computer
