About the job Sales/TSR

• Ability to attend large number of Incoming calls or make outgoing calls to upsell ID theft/ monitoring
and PC Protection software memberships.
• Ability to work under pressure and should be good with numbers. Experience in any type of sales for
minimum 1 year is preferred.
• Should have excellent verbal communication and upselling skills along with Active listening. Able to
maintain a conversion of minimum 30% for the incoming calls.
• Seize opportunity to sell Yearly Plansor High Incentive yielding plans wherever possible.
• Shouldn’t use scary tactics or False Sales practices to crack sales/meet numbers.
• Follow up with the existing customers and make sure they renew eachmonth. (Give reminder calls)
Even possibly upgrade such customers while taking follow-ups.
• Taking the calls properly as per scripts. Educating the customer about the exact monthly price,
Renewal dates, Receipts, CSAT Emails and Support options.
