Salary Grade:  70,000 - 90,000

Reports To:  Vice President

Primary Relationships:  Clark Outsourcing Leadership Team and CO Internal Team

Target Start Date(s):  May 1, 2021

Schedule: Must feel comfortable working different shifts, including weekends

  •  Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs

  • Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network.

  • Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects

  • Lead IT projects, including the design, desktop support, and deployment of new IT systems and services

  • Oversees and determines timeframes for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, mitigations, and outages.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of information systems to determine costs, productivity levels and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure

  • Responsible for the creation and administration of disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis

  • Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs

  • Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization

  • Provide directions and manage IT team members that support our employees’ tech concerns 24/7

  • Keep downtime to no more than 1-hour per month.

  • Build operational playbooks in achieving departmental goals and objectives



  • Bachelor Degree holder in any field, or  at least two years of experience in IT management or Network Administration

  • Experience in configuring and managing Fortigate Firewall

  • Windows Server 2008/R2, 2012/R2 & 2016 Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RDS & Group Policy

  • Local Network Setup & Configuration

  • Firewall Setup incl. Routing & VPN

  • Server & Firewall Security Hardening

  • Hardware Storage incl. RAID, NAS & SAN

  • Experience with PBX systems is a plus

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product

  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)

  • Good time management and task management skills

  • High organizational and prioritization skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite

  • Able to demonstrate initiative
