Position Description:

Position Title: Sales Assistant
Classification: Staff / Rank & File
Salary Grade: 18000 - 23000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client and client team, Account Manager
Date(s): April 2021

Schedule: Must feel comfortable working graveyard shift, 11PM to 8AM or (US PST)


You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel
and accommodation, research, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should
have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, be extremely fast at
solving problems, excellent in task management, time management, tactical leadership, and overall


● Show properties, negotiate transactions and write up sales agreements. Real Estate Sales
Associates can also work for sellers. In this role you will meet with sellers to discuss selling
price, suggest repairs and renovations that could help increase the value of a property, and
create a listing for properties
● Conduct a comparative study of other houses in the area to arrive at a competitive and
agreeable sales price.
● Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance
● Displaying professional communication via phone, text, and email
● Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
● Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments

● A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as an Sales Assistant
● Bachelor Degree holder of Business Administration, Finance or Equivalent
● Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product
● Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
● Good time management and task management skills
● Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
● Ability to work independently and meticulously
● Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite
● Able to demonstrate Initiative
