Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Research Specialist to collect, verify, and organize data for business and marketing use. Ideal for recent graduates with basic MS Office Suite and Google Workspace skills. Responsibilities include online research, data accuracy checks, and preparing clean datasets for sales, marketing, and operations teams.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct online research to gather contact details, market data, and competitor information

• Compile, clean, and format datasets using MS Excel and Google Sheets

• Verify accuracy and completeness of collected data through cross-referencing multiple sources

• Maintain organized records in shared folders (Google Drive, OneDrive)

• Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal use

• Collaborate with team members to ensure data meets project requirements

• Track and update research progress regularly in spreadsheets or project tracking tools

What We're Looking For:

• 0-1 year experience in data research, data entry, or administrative support

• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)

• Experience in internet-based research projects

• Familiarity with data cleaning techniques in Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

• Good time-management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
