Quick Rundown:
Were looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer to join our team and act as an internal branding and visual partner for our Sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who loves fast-paced design work, enjoys turning ideas into visuals quickly, and is excited about using AI-powered tools to speed up creative output. Youll focus on creating on-brand visuals that help Sales move faster — from product concepts and catalogs to proposal visuals and marketing materials. This is an execution-first role. There is no people management or external client communication at the start. As the function grows, there is a clear opportunity to evolve into a more senior or lead role.
What Youll Do:
Act as an internal design and branding partner for the Sales team
Create visual assets to support proposals, offers, presentations, and campaigns
Design catalogs, product visuals, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines
Develop product and concept visuals strictly following CI and CD standards
Use AI-based image generation tools to rapidly create and refine visual concepts
Produce multiple design variants quickly to support decision-making
Maintain organized libraries of design assets, templates, and brand resources
Collaborate closely with Sales through fast feedback loops and iterations
What Were Looking For:
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
At least 3 years of hands-on graphic design experience
Experience creating branding, marketing, or sales-support visuals
Apparel, product visualization, or branded merchandise experience is a plus
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity
High confidence using AI-powered image and visual creation tools Sora, Gemini, Nanobanana
Excellent sense of modern design, layout, and visual storytelling
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
Comfortable managing multiple requests and tight timelines
Execution-focused and comfortable working independently
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Open to experimentation and continuous improvement
Interested in growing into a senior or lead role over time
