Background:
As a Customer Support, you will handle inquiries by answering product and/or service questions by
phone, chat, and email. You will be exposed to high-level business transactions that can develop you
to become an effective customer success manager or account manager in the future. You will have
hands-on experience with both external and internal business operations that will enhance your
business acumen. The ability to effectively communicate via phone and email is of the utmost
importance. Your focus to complete your tasks accurately and deliver high-quality customer service in
a timely manner is a primary function of your job. Your overall goal is to ensure excellent customer
service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction rates.
Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, chat, and email
● Provide ticket/request updates to customers and internal departments
● Coordinate with other internal departments to solve customer concerns
● Provide a high level of service
● Ensure quality satisfaction
● Display polite and professional communication via phone, text, and email
● Manage Clark Staff service inquiries by clarifying customer’s requests
● Recommend potential products, services, or solutions to problems
● Assists with the general placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
● Read from scripts and adopt your own tone to enhance the customer experience
● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities
Requirements:
● Bachelor Degree holder in any field
● A minimum of 1-2 years as a Customer Service Representative
● Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
● Zendesk experience is a big plus
● Good time management and task management skills
● Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
● Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
● Proficient computer and technical skills
● Able to demonstrate initiative
● Attention to detail
