Position Description:


Position Title:  Virtual Assistant

Classification:  Assistant

Salary Grade:  25,000 - 30,000 Peso / Month

Reports To:  Account Manager

Primary Relationships:   Account Manager, Client

Date:  April 2021

 

Main Roles:

  • Handles Administrative and Marketing Tasks

  • Proficient in English both verbal and written

  • Familiar with MLS (Multiple Listing Service)

  • Vlog Post Management

  • Social Media Management

  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills

  • Database and CRM Management

  • Facebook Business and Ads Manager

  • Familiarity with Wordpress


Scope and Purpose: 


As a Virtual Assistant, you will be required to operate in a number of different capacities. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, research, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, be extremely fast at solving problems, excellent in task management, time management, tactical leadership, and overall accountability. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance

  • Displaying professional communication via phone, text, and email

  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Organizing and scheduling meetings an appointments

  • Researching and creating presentations

  • Task & Project Management 

  • Social Media Management

  • Management of LinkedIn 


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor Degree holder of Business Administration, Finance or Equivalent

  • Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product 

  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking) 

  • Good time management and task management skills 

  • Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills 

  • Ability to work independently and meticulously 

  • Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite

  • Able to demonstrate Initiative


Experience:


A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as an Virtual Assistant
