Salary Grade:  40000 - 60000 Peso / month

Reports To: Account Manager

Primary Relationships: Client Team, Customers

Schedule: US business hours (Night Shift)

Background:

We're looking for a multiskilled Virtual Assistant to provide support to our team. This candidate must possess strong time management skills to perform assigned tasks in a timely fashion with attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Prior knowledge of Google Suite (email, calendar, docs, sheets) as well as familiarity with Notion, Trello, Salesforce , Expensify, or comfortable using new platforms. Ultimately, you should be able to handle tasks assigned and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Main Roles:

  • Scheduling and calendar management

  • Manage Expense Reports

  • Manage Deal Flow in Trello and Salesforce

  • Compile daily deal flow report

  • Source, manage, and follow up via email and phone with various contractors (Handyman, plumber, ect) for home maintenance

  • Data entry

  • Update various Trello boards, Google drive folders, Google documents, and Notion documents

  • Coordinate travel (book flights, hotels, travel research, ect)

  • Various Research Tasks - Some of these will require phone calls and strong problem solving skills. They may look easy and simple but often aren't

  • Other tasks assigned - This role is part executive assistant and part personal assistant

Responsibilities:


  • Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance (of course, you will be trained and you will learn the style of your client before you're moved to independent mode!)

  •  Display professional communication via phone, text, and email

  • Organize and scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Phone management (inbound and outbound)

  • Other ad hoc tasks as requested

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years as an Virtual or Executive Assistant in a US multinational company

  • Accounting Background would be nice

  • Bachelor Degree holder 

  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)

  • Good time management and task management skills

  • Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills

  • Ability to work independently and meticulously

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  •  Able to demonstrate initiative
