Position Description: 

Position Title:  Recruitment Manager

Classification:  Supervisor

Salary Grade:  35000 - 50000 PHP/month

Reports To:  Management

Primary Relationships:  Internal Team, Candidates, Client Staff

Date(s):  January - February 2021


As a Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for guiding the recruitment team.  In addition, you will be a part of recruitment planning and strategies.  You will primarily source candidates for all open positions by utilizing networking and digital contact methods such as job portals, direct applicants, referrals, social media, while using our Applicant Tracking System and corresponding talent database.  Your goal is to find talent and locate individuals who meet specific job requirements and attract them to our open positions.  You are responsible for inviting the candidate pool to virtually and handling the end-to-end recruiting process.

To ensure success as a Recruitment Manager you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a natural gift for negotiating, and the ability to make quick decisions.  A top-rated Recruitment Manager should be able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease.  Persuasion, persistence, and patience should be your motto.


  • Day Shift (9:00am to 6:00pm) and the ability to work a flexible schedule as needed

  • This is an office based position in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.  


Maintain and develop your network:

  • Networking is a critical aspect of Recruitment

  • Hiring Events (when possible)

  • Local and Regional Government Offices 

  • College Recruitment Offices and Fairs (when possible)

  • Hosted and Invitational Job Fairs (when possible)

  • Contact industry professionals to ask for referrals

Capability to execute end-to-end hiring process: 

  • Conducts virtual interviews 

  • Targets low, mid, and high level applicants for various positions and skills

Negotiate terms of hire with potential candidates

Knowledge of the full-cycle recruiting process:

  • Ensures the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient, and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire 

Meet with hiring managers to define the requirements for vacant positions:

  • Develops hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with the Recruitment Manager and the Account Manager in determining and managing the appropriate channels or media for the most effective solution to meet requirements 

  • Provides feedback on candidates to the Recruitment Manager and Account Managers via email, Skype, and/or Kissflow

  • Provides feedback directly to the candidates and keeps them warm with frequent contact

  • Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to the Recruitment Manager for review 

  • Communicates results and organizes start dates once a candidate is selected 

  • Works with other recruiters, operations management or workforce planning teams to understand short and long term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for area of responsibility 

Pipeline Management:

  • Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline across all sourcing channels and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies 

  • Executes and monitors sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities 

Utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS):

  • Maintain candidate databases

  • Monitors SLA’s, account dependencies, key operational metrics, process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate 

  • Uses recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation 

Research updated sourcing techniques

Collaborate with the Digital Recruitment Officer to develop an online presence:

  • Post advertisements on jobs sites and social media

  • Search resume databases and other job sites

  • Use Boolean and other search options to find qualified candidates

Send job offers to potential candidates

Prepare and present time-to-hire reports for HR


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field OR equivalent prior experience

  • A minimum of 2-3 years recruitment experience in a BPO setting
