Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support account growth, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless sales process. This role involves coordinating with field sales, preparing quotes and mockups, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.


What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with Field Sales Counterpart to execute territory and account plans, coordinating outbound sales initiatives and ensuring strong alignment on goals

  • Update program and large order activity in company systems for accurate reporting and tracking

  • Look for opportunities to advance the relationship and sales activity with customers by understanding their evolving needs

  • Find ways to execute on plans and overcome hurdles, maintaining focus on objectives and results

  • Continue to work closely with an Account Manager to support their book of business

  • Manage inbound customer phone calls and emails

  • Create quotes and art mockup requests in Netsuite

  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Production, and Purchasing teams for a seamless customer experience

  • Maintain service level agreements in a high-volume email queue

  • Understand all product lines, production processes, and timelines

  • Strong multitasking skills without compromising accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • 1-2 years inside sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Knowledge of Google Business Products (G-Mail, Google Docs, Cloud Storage), Box.net, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems

  • Promotional Product Industry experience is a plus
