Quick Rundown:

The focus is on driving organic leads and brand awareness while directly supporting sales, pipeline, and revenue. The role requires a hunter mindset to build pipelines, engage decision-makers, and participate in discovery conversations. Working closely with leadership and technical experts, the role centers on long-term, trust-based sales and marketing that solve real business and security challenges.

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn and understand company services, target markets, and how businesses purchase IT services

  • Adapt and brand marketing materials for specific markets and maintain a rolling two-month marketing plan

  • Manage and enhance the company’s presence across LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels

  • Plan and execute lead-generation-focused marketing campaigns

  • Support website content, case studies, service descriptions, and sales collateral

  • Lead website development and SEO initiatives in coordination with external partners

  • Track and report marketing performance using practical, results-driven metrics

  • Generate sales pipeline through cold calling, referrals, and networking activities

  • Use LinkedIn for prospecting, engagement, and business development

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct early-stage discovery conversations with business owners and executives


What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively

  • Excellent English communication skills to support cold calling and marketing activities

  • Experience in marketing, business development, or related roles

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of how marketing drives revenue

  • Confidence engaging with business owners and senior executives

  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and follow-through

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel, and basic reporting tools

  • Practical, results-driven approach to marketing and sales

  • Experience in B2B marketing or professional services environments

  • Exposure to IT, cybersecurity, or technology-related industries

  • Experience supporting sales teams or managing lead pipelines

  • Experience working with website developers and SEO partners
