Position Description

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Classification: Client Staff

Reports To: Account Manager, Client

Salary: 25000 to 35,000 Php/month

Primary Relationships: Internal Teams and client staff

Date: August  2021

Schedule: USA Business Hours (Night Shift) 

 

Background:

As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inquiries by answering product and/or service questions by phone and email.  You may also prepare correspondences, help process or resolve orders, and fulfill customer related needs in order to ensure quality satisfaction.  The ability to effectively communicate via phone and email is of the utmost importance.  Your focus to complete your tasks accurately and deliver high quality customer service in a timely manner is a primary function of your job.  You will work under the supervision of an Operations Manager.  Your overall goal is to ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction rates. 

 

  

Responsibilities

  • Handle high volume of calls (Inbound and Outbound)

  • Provide a high level of service

  • Ensure quality satisfaction

  • Display polite and professional communication via phone, text, and email

  • Manage product / service inquiries by clarifying customer’s requests

  • Recommend potential products, service, or solutions to problems

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities



Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in any field

  • Mastery of spoken English with prior accent softening training or native English speaking 

  • A minimum of 2 years as a Customer Service Representative

  • Good time management and task management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proficient computer and technical skills

  • Able to demonstrate initiative

  • High attention to detail
