Position Title: Graphic Designer

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We’re looking for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings both creative excellence and business acumen to every project.

What You’ll Do:

• Design visually compelling client presentations, sales decks, and pitch materials that clearly communicate strategy and value

• Develop realistic, high-quality product mockups and virtual renderings to support proposals and client approvals

• Create professional flyers, brochures, catalogs, and marketing collateral for print and digital distribution

• Partner closely with sales, account management, and leadership to translate business objectives into impactful visual solutions

• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with Quad and client brand standards

• Prepare production-ready files and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure executional excellence

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

• Continuously explore design trends, presentation best practices, and branded merchandise innovation to elevate creative output

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience; experience supporting B2B sales or branded merchandise programs preferred

• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, print collateral, and mockup development

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

• Strong expertise in PowerPoint (or Google Slides) with a focus on executive-level presentation design

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills

• Ability to balance creativity with strategic objectives and business priorities

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
