Position Title: Customer Care Specialist (Nurse)

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

The Virtual Nurse Customer Care Manager is responsible for scheduling of field staff, managing all touch-points (field staff, care recipient and family caregiver) and client care standards, and ensuring the branch meets or exceeds inquiry conversion goals.


What You’ll Do:

Administrative Support

  • Answer phones, manage records, process new hire paperwork, and ensure compliance

  • Oversee scheduling accuracy, staff clock-ins/outs, client intake, and chart audits

Nursing Support

  • Communicate client care plans, monitor conditions, and prepare care notes

  • Support, educate, and supervise nursing staff under the DON’s guidance

Staffing & Scheduling

  • Schedule staff consistently with minimal overtime and ensure 24/7 coverage

  • Conduct client/family quality checks and coordinate with recruiters on staffing needs

Quality & Compliance

  • Track feedback, performance, and compliance for continuous improvement

  • Maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure regulatory standards are met


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Customer Care Manager and/or managing customer service within a healthcare office setting

  • Minimum of 1 years’ field experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse within a home health agency

  • Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations

  • Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills

  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray

  • CPR Certification
