Position Description: 

Position Title:  Operations Support 

Classification:  Assistant

Salary Grade:  10000 - 13000 Peso / month

Reports To:  People Management Manager

Primary Relationships:  Clark Outsourcing Internal Team

Date(s):  January 2021


As an Operations Support you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Operations Support include assisting in daily employee needs in regards with their day to day operations and liaising between internal departments to ensure that the staff needs are sufficiently met. Operations Support will be responsible for monitoring and engaging employees' performance, work life balance benefits and shall collaborate with all internal departments to assist with keeping open lines of communication interdepartmentally. You will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date, accurate records of all employees that are constantly moving in the course of the business and employment needs of the organization.

Main Roles: 

  • Data encoding of Accounts Management CRM

  • Ensure employee satisfaction and morale.

  • Keeping up-to-date, accurate records of all employees that are constantly moving in the course of the business and employment needs of the organization


  • Night Shift

  • This is an office based position in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.  


  • Make sure that COnnect Accounts Management system (Airtable) is up to date with regards to all records of employee’s engagement, client meetings, staff and client requests and assisting Accounts Management in meeting deadlines for requests.

  • Support the Operations and Account Manager to avoid downtime brought by attendance or other unforeseen circumstances such as power outages or IT issues.

  • Conduct, update weekly/monthly reports of adherence to data encoding within the COnnect system

  • Works hand in hand with Assistant Accounts Manager for daily operations.

  • Complete tasks delegated/assigned by the Assistant Accounts Manager and Accounts Managers

  • Engagement with client staff

  • Work with all internal departs to ensure proper communication and delegation of responsibilities


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School degree required

  • Prior experience in the BPO industry will be a plus

  • English language skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Good time management and task management skills

  • Willing to adopt a fast-paced working environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Ability to keep confidential information

  • Proactive and willing to be trained

  • Basic computer and technical skills

  • Able to demonstrate initiative

  • Attention to detail
