What we expect from you:
Excellent English communication skills
Prior Nursing/Medical and/or Call Center experience
Position Title: Virtual Nurse
Salary Grade: 35000 - 40000 peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client, Customers, Providers
Date(s): December 2020 - January 2021
Performs administrative duties for patients, screening calls, and helping to answer inquiries.
Answers phone and directs the caller to the appropriate location.
Note phone number, name and message of caller where needed.
Provides callers with information such as FAQ’s
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree holder of Medical, Nursing, Business, or Science required.
Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
Good time management and task management skills
Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite
Able to demonstrate Initiative
A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as a nurse or in the medical field
The work schedule is US Shift, 5-days on, 2-days off, shifting.
