Background:
At Shadow, we help people help people. That’s why we’re building an app that reunites lost dogs and their families. We’ve already saved over 10,000 lost dogs, but we intend to save many more. That’s where you come in!
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be helping individuals looking for their lost family members and working with our amazing volunteers who want to help. You’ll also provide technical support to app users and maintain internal data systems. With your help, we can bring families back together and make the world a better place - for dogs and people both.
This position will be working from home initially. We plan to move to an office in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, when the pandemic is over.
Top candidates will complete remote paid training, then will perform a paid two-week trial engagement to determine if the position is the correct fit.
Schedule:
Must feel comfortable working U.S. business hours
Flexibility to work weekends and major US holidays
Responsibilities:
Delivering one-on-one support and advice to people in crisis (individuals have either lost a dog, or are going through the process of looking after a dog and searching for their family)
Maintaining 100% accurate records
Monitoring all current and past searches
Help users troubleshoot if technical difficulties arise
Ad hoc organizational, research, and data tasks
Requirements:
Extremely caring and empathetic
Fast learner of new technology and applications
English language fluency with an American accent (this is very important!)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with technology, including G Suite & social media
Self-starter with ability to keep on task to meet deadlines
You must provide your own internet connection and late model smart phone
Fast Internet (15 Mbps/download and 3 Mbps/upload high-speed internet minimum)
