What we expect from you:

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Previous experience in some areas of the medical field such as nursing, pharmaceutical, medical encoding, scribe, transcription, etc.

Position Title: Virtual Medical Assistant / Receptionist

Classification: Assistant

Salary Grade: 20000 - 22000 peso / month

Reports To: Account Manager, Client

Primary Relationships: Client, Customers, Providers

Date(s): March 2021

Background:

This is a customer service position answering inquiries related to pharmaceutical (drug) questions. 

Working Schedule:

  • US Shift (graveyard)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take calls

  • Answer inquiries

  • Escalate to other departments as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree holder of Medical, Nursing, or Pharmacy

  • Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product

  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)

  • Good time management and task management skills

  • Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills

  • Ability to work independently and meticulously

  • Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite

  • Able to demonstrate Initiative

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as a nurse or in the medical field

  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative is helpful
