Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Artist to handle artwork verification, layout, and digital proofing for customer logos and designs. The role involves creating and adjusting vector artwork, assisting with production troubleshooting, and supporting accurate documentation.

What You'll Do:

• Verify the usability of customer artwork (usually company logos), place and size the artwork on product templates, apply color(s) or effect(s) to the artwork, and send digital proofs to the customer

• Suggest suitable layout options while considering customer logo guidelines for artwork that might lose detail due to restricted imprint areas or artwork complexity

• Assist the production team in troubleshooting printing issues and locating print files

• Re-draw vector artwork in the appropriate graphic software

• Perform other tasks within his/her area of expertise

• Support billing by preparing accurate documentation and verifying insurance

• Organize medical forms, consent documents, and insurance paperwork

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant graphics experience

• Experience working with Digital (CMYK), Silk Screen, Deboss, and Laser pre-production processes (preferred but not required)

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop 2025, Adobe Illustrator 2025, and Corel Draw 2024 on a PC platform

• Passion for providing excellent customer service
