Position Title: Loan Processor
Salary Grade: 25000 - 35000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date(s): March 2021
One of our real estate partners in Australia is looking for a Loan Processor. You will collaborate directly with the owner of the company and their internal staff.
To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.
Must feel comfortable working Australian business hours
Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance (of course, you will be trained and you will learn the style of your client before you're moved to independent mode!)
Display professional communication via phone, text, and email
Preparing loan proposals on behalf of sales team
Assist sales team with complex specialist lending scenarios.
Updating clients in a timely manner on the progress of their loan.
Lodgement and assisting in the daily workflow of loan applications.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders with the aim of achieving designated service standards.
Assist in client servicing Enquiries post settlement and using to servicing calculators
Background with Loan Processing or Mortgage Brokerage in Australia is required
The ideal candidate must be able to hit the ground running.
Preferably candidates should have experience in sales trekker and apply online (aol)
Good understanding of the requirements of the bank, non-bank, mortgage managers / broking / introducer market sectors
Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent experience in the BPO Industry
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
Good time management and task management skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Able to demonstrate initiative
