Salary Grade:  30000 - 45000 Peso / month

Reports To:  Account Manager, Client

Background:

You will collaborate directly with the owner of the company and their internal staff.  Excellent English communication skills will be necessary for this role.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, it’s your job to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team. You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers. Your primary tool is usually the telephone, though you also might find new business through email and social media campaigns.  As an outbound sales representative, you may be assisting by gathering information and closing deals as they enter the system.

 

Schedule:

  • Must feel comfortable working US business hours (graveyard shift)

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task / work on multiple and simultaneous projects

  • Responsible for identifying sales opportunities via variety of cold prospecting techniques

  • Responsible for qualifying potential prospects as worthy of followup or not

  • Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, using various sources

  • Call new leads derived from lists and other portals

  • Must build the sales prospect pipeline using CRM

  • Able to work autonomously

  • Set appointments

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fast learner who can adapt to change (must know how to figure things out)

  • Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call

  • Sound business judgment, integrity and commitment to excellence

  • Basic knowledge of business development or outbound sales

  • Previous lead generation and sales experience (1 year)

  • A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude

  • Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly

  • Competitive dialer who also has a team attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
