Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment across designated office and facility areas. This role ensures all workspaces, restrooms, common areas, and specific facility sections are cleaned and maintained according to the company’s standards. The position operates on a rotational shift basis, covering both day and graveyard schedules.
What You’ll Do:
Perform routine cleaning of workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal and segregation of waste
Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and shared equipment
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and hygiene items
Handle deep cleaning tasks such as floor scrubbing, window cleaning, or upholstery sanitation as scheduled
Report any safety hazards, damages, or maintenance concerns to the supervisor
Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition and follow proper storage protocols
Ensure all cleaning logs and documentation are properly completed and submitted
Adhere to company safety and hygiene protocols at all times
Follow the designated area-based cleaning assignments and shift handover procedures
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Proven housekeeping or janitorial experience is an advantage
Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
Work Conditions:
Work is performed indoors and outdoor cleaning tasks
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and moderate physical activity
Use of protective gear and compliance with health and safety standards is required
