Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record of booking qualified appointments using Vicidial and other dialler systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume outreach, understands the sales cycle, and is comfortable working with KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Make 80-120 outbound calls daily via Vicidial (or similar dialler) to targeted leads

• Qualify prospects by identifying decision-makers and confirming needs against our solutions

• Secure appointments for the sales team with high-value, sales-ready leads

• Keep detailed call notes, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM

• Research and update lead lists using online tools and databases

• Use MS Excel for lead tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments

• Follow call scripts while maintaining a professional and engaging tone

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound telesales (B2B or B2C)

• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

• Proficient in Vicidial or similar predictive diallers

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook

• Proven ability to hit or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
