Position Title:Database Manager

Classification: Client Staff

Salary Grade:  20,000 -  30,000 pesos/ month

Reports To: Account Manager, Client

Primary Relationships: Internal Teams and client staff

Date: June 2021


Backgound:

Database managers develop and maintain organizations' databases/ Client Relationship Management System (CRM). They create data storage and retrieval systems, troubleshoot database issues, and implement database recovery procedures and safety protocols. They also supervise the daily activities of the agency.  This role is responsible for actively managing the data and creating reports for upper management.  This will include entering in attachments, emails, and notes from both client meetings and communications with various carriers.  This is not a Non-Client Facing role. There may be some interaction with clients or carrier representatives.


Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the CRM to arm the agency communication tools to market and build relationships

  • Work to Build a historical record(s) and to mitigates E&O by tracking every interaction

  • Design  daily agenda with a system of alerts, reminders, and tasks

  • Provide Reports on the health of the business and unmet growth opportunities to take advantage of.

  • Manages and secures database, carrier downloads, and Investment Statement information to keep policies updated, procedures, and controls.

  • Bring sanity to the agency workday with a system of procedures and consistent documentation across policyholders, prospects, and multiple carriers

  • Maintain database results by setting and enforcing standards and controls.

  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

  • Upgrade hardware and software by assessing transaction processing and database production options.

  • Generates Reports and searches for areas of opportunity and improvement

  • Prepares for database expansion by studying plans and requirements; advising senior technical management; coordinating design and programming.


 Requirements: 

  • Proficiency and Expertise in using and managing a Client Relationship Management System (CRM) 

  • Efficient and strong attention to details

  • Reporting skills and Quality Focus

  • Strong communication (Verbal and Email) skills and computer knowledge

  • Must be able to work in a team setting and be goal-oriented

  • A great attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.

  • Familiar with Hawksoft CRM (Highly Desired, not required)

  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot systems and overcome obstacles
