Position Title: Web Designer

Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Client, Client Advisor

Primary Relationship: Client Team

Date: May 2023

Schedule: 3PM to 12AM PHT

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy

  • Create visual concepts for promotional activities

  • Manage the digital marketing calendar

  • Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of social media content

  • Track digital marketing performance and generate reports

  • Manage the digital marketing budget

  • Program in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure website accessibility and interaction
  • Run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase revenue through online advertising

  • Write original and tailored content for web pages

  • Make technical recommendations to developers

  • Monitor search terms, rankings, and analytics to identify areas for improvement

  • Engage with affiliates for link-building opportunities

  • Utilize user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods

  • Drive targeted and loyal traffic through community building

  • Use social media to distribute content and encourage external sites to link

  • Develop and integrate content marketing strategies

  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages

  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices

  • Experience with PPC campaigns and online advertising

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
