Position Title: PPC Manager with Account Management

Salary: 90,000 - 110,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Client, Client Advisor

Primary Relationship: Client Team

Date: May 2023

Schedule: 11PM to 8AM PHT


Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute effective PPC strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads, etc
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement necessary adjustments to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure campaigns are delivering high-quality traffic, maximizing conversions, and meeting clients' performance goals
  • Guide retargeting strategies to ensure visitors see the right content at the right time.
  • Conduct A/B tests to ensure continual optimization
  • Provide guidance on landing page design to ensure pages are achieving optimal results.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for PPC-related inquiries and updates
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide detailed campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations
  • Understand clients' business goals, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively align PPC strategies with their objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their target audience, business needs, and feedback for campaign optimization
  • Conversion Tracking and Reporting:
  • Set up conversion tracking mechanisms, monitor conversion metrics, and provide accurate performance reports to clients
  • Utilize analytics tools to analyze data, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging PPC technologies to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest advancements

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as designers, content writers, and developers to align PPC strategies with overall marketing initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to junior PPC team members, sharing best practices and helping them enhance their skills


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment
  • Strong knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media advertising platforms
  • Proficient in conducting keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Experience with conversion tracking, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to understand clients' objectives and deliver results
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging PPC technologies
  • Experience managing B2B campaigns is desired
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads certification are a plus
