About the job CAD Operator
Position Title: CAD Operator
Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Team
Primary Relationships: Partner Team
Date: April 2024
Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM PHT
Responsibilities:
Prepares preliminary, for constructions and as built plans for the following services:
o Plumbing
o Mechanical
o Electrical
- Applies mark up to the plans
- Creates mechanical and electrical details
- Layouts plans with respect to the mark up detail provided by the client
- Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
- Ensures that schematics (electrical and mechanical) matches the layout within the plans
- Creates 3D details
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in construction industry
Any degree with Architecture or Engineering
Proficient in using Autocad and Sketchup
With good communication and comprehension skills
Strong Attention to details
