Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT

Responsibilities:


  • Communicate remotely with physicians and health care providers in support of approved product indications

  • Provide HCPs with assistance in the best application of products; respond to questions concerning products, with appropriate referrals

  • Contact prospects per assigned target list and explain features and benefits of products offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques all with the boundaries of the client trained promotional policy

  • Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each prospect

  • Use CRM system to track and document customer interactions and sales progress

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

  • Collaborate with other sales customer experience representatives and a variety of internal cross functional partners to include clinical nurse consultants, patient support specialists, marketers, account managers, advocacy and development managers, professional alliance managers and clinical liaisons.

  • Gather and relay customer feedback to product development and marketing teams

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of sales strategies

  • Leverage and improve best practices to create new opportunities

  • Maintain an expert level of comprehensive knowledge of clients products and services

  • Create and manage an exceptional customer experiences

  • Provide superior brand representation while maintaining high quality standards



Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound call center sales ; Experience in working with lead generation is a plus

  • Bachelors degree in a related field

  • Excellent english communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to convey product information

  • Availability to work onsite

  • Experience in using Sales CRM Systems

  • A high level of self-motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals

  • Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and other departments
