Salary Grade: 13,000 Pesos / month

Reports To: Recruitment Manager

Schedule : 8AM - 5PM PHT


Background:

As a Recruitment Support you will be responsible for maintaining the digital recruitment database, updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job portals and other sourcing channels, as well as providing extensive phone, text, and email support to incoming applicants. You will also be responsible for scheduling, inviting, initial interviews, testing, assessing, and helping clients conduct final interviews. You will also be required to meet and greet incoming applicants both virtually and in the office, provide their assessments / exams, and grade their tests accordingly.

Upon completion of the aforementioned tasks, you will be the main point of contact for the applicants via text, phone, or email once the interview is completed. You will follow up on behalf of the interviewer to give status updates on job openings, notifications for re-interviews, job offers, and other similar tasks pertaining to the hiring process.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating the ATS

  • Maintaining and updating all Sourcing Channels

  • Supporting the recruitment team with administrative and ad hoc tasks


Administrative Duties:

  • Data Entry

  • Online File Organization

  • Assessment Testing and Grading

  • Invitations via email, Skype, text, or call

  • Background Checks

  • Coordination with the recruitment team, HR, and Operations team


Screening/Interviewing:

  • CV Screening

  • Initial interviews

  • Final interviews with clients

  • Post Interview follow ups:

  • Keep candidates warm


Online/Digital Tasks:

  • Preparation of job descriptions

  • Posting of job openings / requisitions

  • ATS management

  • Job portal management

  • Creation of custom profiles

  • Gathering of applicant data/information/assessments

  • Creating of job offer letter (when applicable)



Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in any field

  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)

  • Good time management and task management skills

  • Willing to adopt a fast-paced working environment

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Proficient computer and technical skills

  • Ability to keep confidential information

  • Proactive and willing to be trained

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Able to demonstrate initiative
