Position Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, adherence to internal controls, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to manage high volumes of transactions, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems.

What You'll Do:

• Process vendor invoices related to the accounting team.

• Ensure timely and accurate invoice approval

• Review and validation of vendor invoices in our approval system for proper GL coding and cost center

• Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors

• Prepare weekly AP payment list with aging reports and complete AP clearing after making a payment by treasury accountant

• Perform monthly closing activities including AP accruals and reconciliations

• Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with internal policies

• Support internal and external audit requests related to AP



What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

• Familiarity with banking platforms, cash pooling, and payment systems

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred

• Strong analytical and Excel skills
