Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Script Writer to join our growing content production team. The Script Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and original scripts tailored to various video content types including YouTube videos, promotional materials, explainer videos, and more. This role requires strong storytelling skills, the ability to adapt tone and style, and the discipline to meet deadlines consistently while working on a night shift schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop original and compelling scripts for video content based on provided outlines, topics, or raw ideas

• Collaborate with the creative, production, and editorial teams to align on story direction, tone, and format

• Conduct necessary research to ensure factual accuracy and relevance of script content

• Translate technical or complex information into clear, entertaining, and easy-to-understand narratives

• Adapt writing style based on the intended audience and platform (e.g., educational, documentary, entertainment)

• Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly while maintaining creativity and quality

• Ensure scripts follow brand voice, tone guidelines, and comply with content policies and legal standards

• Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple script projects simultaneously

• Stay updated with industry trends, online video best practices, and audience preferences

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a script writer, content writer, or in a related creative writing role (portfolio required)

• Excellent command of English-both written and verbal

• Strong storytelling, grammar, and editing skills

• Ability to write across multiple genres and for varied audiences

• Experience writing for digital video formats, particularly YouTube, is a strong advantage

• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced remote environment

• Background in film, media, journalism, or creative writing

• Familiarity with SEO writing techniques and content optimization

• Basic understanding of video editing or production workflows

• Experience using project management or scriptwriting tools (e.g., Google Docs, Trello, Celtx, Final Draft)

• Strong time management and organizational skills
