Position Title: Customer Care Specialist

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 Peso / month
Reports To: Accounts Manager, Client

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls
Provide a high level of service
Ensure quality satisfaction
Offer products and service to existing customers
- Display polite and professional communication via phone, text, and email
Manage product / service inquiries by clarifying customer’s requests
Recommend potential products, service, or solutions to problems
Assists with the general placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Read from scripts and adopt your own tone to enhance the customer experience
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities
- Handle Administrative task
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder in any field
A minimum of 1-2 years as a Customer Service Representative
Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
Good time management and task management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient computer and technical skills
Able to demonstrate initiative
Attention to detail
Should have Medical record experiences
