Jr. Sales Representative

Position Title: Jr. Sales Representative

Classification: Associate

Salary: 25,000 per month

Reports To: Client

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: February 2023

Schedule: 7AM to 4PM PHT

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entering clients Purchase Orders in our system

• Responsible for creating new customers in the system

• Performs other tasks in his/her area of expertise and be willing to teach by example

• Modifying an existing order

Qualifications:

• Must have sales experience

• Proficient typing skills

• Must be able to answer phone calls from customers.

• Computer skills and a knowledge of relevant software packages

• Good spelling, punctuation and grammar

• Ability to perform simple calculations

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Accuracy and good attention to detail

• The ability to do the same task for long period of time

• The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Well organized and a seasoned multi-tasker

• A conscientious and responsible working attitude

• A positive approach in a busy working environment

• Ability to change shifts as needed.

• A good understanding of data confidentiality issues.

• Experience with graphic software, such as CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
