Marketplace E-commerce Specialist for AMAZ EU: As part of our ambitious growth plans for the EU, we are seeking a dynamic and results- driven professional with a passion for e-commerce and a proven track record in driving revenue and profit through AMAZ 3P marketplaces.


  • Maintain and update product listings, identifying new opportunities to grow this sales channel to match the sales volume of 1P

  • Meet targets and expand our presence and revenue across multiple AMZ marketplaces in the EU, focusing on the UK and DE, and eventually FR, ES, and IT

  • Develop and execute a sustainable marketplace expansion strategy.

  • Manage listings and optimize feeds on Amazon marketplaces.

  • Monitor and manage pricing initiatives based on competitor analysis and research.

  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional activities

  • Implement and manage a review strategy

  • Conduct regular checks and swiftly address issues to maintain account performance above key benchmarks

  • Understand overall profitability, including seller categories, fulfillment methods, and fees

  • Generate sales reports and provide feedback to the wider team weekly

  • Analyze product trends, articulate observations, and propose problem-solving strategies

  • Create strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and enhance conversion rates through price optimization, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons, customer communications, creative changes, and more

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches

  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure products are in stock, of premium quality, properly packaged, and appropriately certified


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an e-commerce environment

  • Advanced hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central

  • At least 4 years of experience managing marketplaces

  • Proficient in Google Analytics (or equivalent) and Excel

  • Ability to create, analyze, and share marketplace data and sales analytics for forecasting and internal communication

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Commercially focused, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Amazon marketplace experience is essential
