Position Title: Product Trainer

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Trainer to support the growth and development of our call center team. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, coaching employees, and improving overall performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop training materials, including digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional videos

  • Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support new employees

  • Training experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve their performance

  • Observing the daily operations of call center employees and identifying any areas of improvement

  • Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching

  • Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports
  • Creating and managing the training budget

  • Ensuring employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Coach and develop the trainees such as attendance, participation and performance once in Nesting


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field such as Medical or Pharmaceutical studies is required

  • Additional certifications in business leadership, adult education, or eLearning software is preferred

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a call center trainer without a healthcare background (required), or at least 2 years of trainer experience with a healthcare background (required)

  • Experience with learning management systems is preferred

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer service best practices (preferred)

  • Excellent teaching, mentoring, and communication skills (required)

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities (required

  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (required)
