Position Title: Laravel Lead Developer

Salary: 100,000 - 130,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: April 2024

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT


Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

  • Develop, implement, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications and APIs using PHP and Laravel

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of web applications, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions



Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in PHP and Laravel development

  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL

  • Preferred experience with Vue.js, AngularJS, or React

  • Preferred experience with AWS or other cloud services

  • Ability to write well-structured and clean code, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards

  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

  • Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment, providing guidance and mentorship to other developers

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • The ability to justify business values in tasks.

  • Expectations: coding, database development, design, testing/QA, requirements acquisition, management, mentoring, architecture, integration, database administration, and optimization.
