Position Title: Data Research Manager

Salary Grade: 25,000 - 30,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Executive Operations Manager

Primary Relationships: Internal Team

Date: August 2023

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a team of skilled data researchers to efficiently gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making

  • Utilize your exceptional technical proficiency to drive innovative data research strategies, incorporating advanced data mining and analytics techniques

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, prioritize research initiatives, and provide actionable insights

  • Develop and implement robust data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of collected data

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance data research methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline

  • Proven experience in data research, preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity

  • Demonstrated expertise in data mining, data analytics, and database management

  • Proficiency in programming languages and data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, etc.)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex data sets

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple research projects simultaneously

  • Extensive experience in data research, including a proven track record of successful data mining and analysis projects

  • Highly tech-savvy, with a deep understanding of data collection tools, database management, and data visualization platforms

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of data researchers to achieve objectives

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
