Position Title: Clark Advisor

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 PHP

Reports To: Customer Success Manager

Primary Relationships: Clients and Internal/External Team

Date: March 2023

Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT

Responsibilities:

Conducts staffing consultations and recommendations to clients.
Identify the needs and opportunities for outsourcing/offshoring for new and existing customers.
Pitch sales opportunities to clients.
Arrange regular meetings with internal and external teams.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Answer general and high level inquiries from clients and prospects.
General Project management of new accounts.
Recruitment consultation and coordination with internal teams.
Assist customers with final interviews and pre-screening selection.
Coordinates with recruitment, sales, IT, HR and other departments
Guide customers in creating training plans for staff.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role or with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Experience with any CRM software.
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
Understanding of sales performance metric.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Management experience is a plus.
