Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Classification: Associate

Salary: 18,000 Php monthly

Reports To: Accounts Manager & Client

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: February 2023

Schedule: 9PM to 6AM PHT


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide a high level of service
  • Ensure quality satisfaction
  • Display polite and professional communication via phone, text, and email
  • Manage product / service inquiries by clarifying customers requests
  • Direct customer inquiries via phone, email, text, or instant messaging
  • Recommend potential products, service, or solutions to problems
  • Assists with the general placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Read from scripts and adopt your own tone to enhance the customer experience
    

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in any field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting
  • Background/Experience to Customer Service Delivery in the similar industry is an advantage
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Good time management and task management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient computer and technical skills
  • Able to demonstrate initiative
  • Attention to detail
