Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Classification: Associate
Salary: 18,000 Php monthly
Reports To: Accounts Manager & Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date: February 2023
Schedule: 9PM to 6AM PHT
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Provide a high level of service
- Ensure quality satisfaction
- Display polite and professional communication via phone, text, and email
- Manage product / service inquiries by clarifying customers requests
- Direct customer inquiries via phone, email, text, or instant messaging
- Recommend potential products, service, or solutions to problems
- Assists with the general placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Read from scripts and adopt your own tone to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder in any field
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting
- Background/Experience to Customer Service Delivery in the similar industry is an advantage
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Good time management and task management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient computer and technical skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative
- Attention to detail
