Position Title: Senior Web Developer

Classification: Associate

Salary: 75,000 - 100,000 a month

Reports To: Client

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: January 2023

Schedule: 9PM - 6AM PHT


Responsibilities:

  • Create page designs with a focus on current best practices for site navigation, website usability, imagery/graphics, and intuitive user experience

  • Create corporate branding & identities

  • Create mock-ups for proposed projects to be used as demos

  • Convert PSD files to HTML & CSS

  • Maintain and update existing websites

  • Implement high-quality SEO policies and follow best practice when it comes to incorporating them with content produced for websites.
  • Ensure optimal performance across all devices through responsive design
  • Work with the marketing team to conceptualize, create/maintain and publish website pages
  • Manage analytics to ensure website pages reflect conversion rate optimization and best practices for faster website loading speeds and web visits
  • Implement front-end web code improvements and customizations as requested and make sure website is compatible with all browsers and platforms

  • Troubleshoot, debug and test as needed

  • Other duties as required, to support the marketing team

  • Excellent knowledge of HTML5, and CSS3, & JavaScript (including libraries such as Bootstrap
  • Experience in PHP development and debugging
  • Proficient in MongoDB
  • Knowledge and understanding of the SLIM Framework and Twig script
  • Knowledge in UI and UX
  • Fundamentals of design (Photoshop, Illustrator, typography, color, web fonts)
  • Optimization of front-end performances
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and GTM
  • Experience with GitHub
  • React knowledge a bonus


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field

  • Senior level with 3 to 5 years experience

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in programming applications

  • Proficient in Java Script, HTML, CSS & PHP

  • Proficient in MongoDB

  • Proficient in SLIM Framework and Twig script

  • Proficient in AJAX, Redis

  • Proficient in React

  • Proficient in Three Js

  • Knowledge of GIT and Experienced with versioning tools (github)

  • Dedicated team player

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology

  • Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them

  • Able to solve complex problems

  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
