As a Senior Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and excellence in execution. Your role includes managing the Recruitment Line Managers for interviewing, sourcing, and quality analysis, addressing client escalations, and engaging directly with clients to ensure recruitment fulfills their expectations and needs.


Strategic Recruitment Leadership:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that enhance the organization's ability to attract top talent across various levels

  • Collaborate with senior management to understand the company's strategic goals and develop recruitment policies that align with these objectives

Team Management:

  • Oversee the activities of the Recruitment Line Managers (Interviewing, sourcing, and quality analysis) / Recruitment Department, ensuring a cohesive approach to talent acquisition

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to recruitment team members.

  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with all national and international laws and regulations

Operational and Tactical Execution:

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and technologies, including AI-powered tools and social media, to enhance candidate sourcing

  • Monitor key recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the recruitment process

Client Interaction and Escalation Handling:

  • Act as the primary recruitment contact for key clients, maintaining strong professional relationships

  • Address and resolve any client escalations related to recruitment in a timely and effective manner

Budget and Resource Allocation:

  • Prepare and manage the budget for the recruitment department, ensuring optimal use of resources

  • Innovate cost-effective solutions for talent acquisition challenges

Professional and Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Manatal, and other specific recruitment software used by the organization.

  • Ability to contribute to strategic discussions and executive meetings concerning talent acquisition

  • Leadership in fostering an organizational culture that values transparency, innovation, and empowerment

Performance Metrics:

  • Define and track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill (broken down into 3 parts - sourcing, shortlisting, and hiring), cost-per-hire, employee turnover rate, satisfaction ratings from hiring managers, and diversity of hires

  • Report on these metrics regularly to upper management and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment practices

Professional Development and Succession Planning:

  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with HR trends and best practices

  • Participate in succession planning within the PM department to prepare for future leadership needs

Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Lead diversity hiring initiatives and ensure recruitment strategies are inclusive and equitable


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a BPO or similar setting

  • Proven experience in managing recruitment teams and processes

  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and market trends

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS / Manatal) and HR software

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders

Additional Information:

  • This role requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate project demands

  • Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with the flexibility required as per operational demands
