Position Title: Technical Support Specialist Tier 3

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

This role will also provide continual improvement of processes and standards to provide a consistent client experience. Qualified candidates MUST have the ability to communicate with clients and co-workers at both technical and non-technical levels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Understand the networks and common IT/business issues of different clients

  • Thoroughly document all work and time entries in our ticketing systems.

  • Stay current with technology solutions offered to clients,

  • Foster strong relationships with both your team members and clients.

  • Engage actively with team members and clients during work hours, promoting a positive and enjoyable work environment.

  • This is a full-time position. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time



What We’re Looking For:

  • Honest and trustworthy individual who takes pride in their work.

  • 5 years of relevant IT experience.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership for tasks

  • Technical knowledge and competencies in Windows Server setup and maintenance, Azure Active Directory administration, Microsoft 365 system administration, Windows 10/11 support, GPO, permissions, DNS, DHCP, and documentation platforms.

  • Familiarity with RMM products like Continuum RMM, Microsoft Intune, Ninja RMM, or other MSP RMM tools.

  • Someone who can work independently and on flexible schedules
