Position Title: Sales Manager

Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Partner, Partner Team

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of sales representatives.

  • Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to provide feedback, guidance, and support for sales team members.

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted coaching strategies.

  • Collaborate with sales managers to assess training needs and tailor coaching programs to address specific challenges.

  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales professionals, offering guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

  • Utilize role-playing exercises, simulations, and real-life scenarios to reinforce learning objectives and improve sales effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sales techniques to continuously enhance coaching programs.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching initiatives through performance metrics and feedback from sales team members and management.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

  • Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on sales processes, strategies, and tools, offering guidance and support to sales team members as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales coaching or a similar role, with a track record of success in improving sales performance.

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and motivate individuals at all levels.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to coaching and decision-making.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence others towards achieving goals.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
