Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 PHP a month

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of sales representatives.
Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to provide feedback, guidance, and support for sales team members.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted coaching strategies.
Collaborate with sales managers to assess training needs and tailor coaching programs to address specific challenges.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales professionals, offering guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Utilize role-playing exercises, simulations, and real-life scenarios to reinforce learning objectives and improve sales effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sales techniques to continuously enhance coaching programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching initiatives through performance metrics and feedback from sales team members and management.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on sales processes, strategies, and tools, offering guidance and support to sales team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales coaching or a similar role, with a track record of success in improving sales performance.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and motivate individuals at all levels.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to coaching and decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence others towards achieving goals.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
