Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our business in analyzing website performance, Hubspot activities, and executing email marketing campaigns. This role plays a key part in interpreting digital data to improve website traffic, user engagement, and lead conversion strategies.
What You'll Do:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
Analyze campaign metrics, website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools to generate reports and actionable insights
Perform regular SEO audits and optimize web content for search engines
Review and assess Hubspot activities, including CRM and marketing automation
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve engagement and conversions
Present key insights and data reports directly to the CEO
Help the CEO better understand visitor behavior and marketing performance through clear, actionable reporting
Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Ads
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field
1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles
Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of SEO and PPC strategies
Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools is a plus
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification
Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing
Familiarity with HTML/CSS or website CMS (e.g., WordPress)
